Our Promise

Each item from Clothed in Creation is made to order with care and purpose. Because every product is created specifically for you, we’re unable to accept general returns or exchanges for size, color, or preference. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a print issue, we will gladly send a replacement or issue a refund at no cost to you.

💌 Order Confirmation & Contact for Issues

When you place an order, you’ll receive a confirmation email from Clothed in Creation with your order details.
If there’s ever a problem with your order — such as damage, misprint, or missing items — simply reply to that same email.
Our fulfillment support team will review your message and quickly arrange a replacement or refund depending on the situation.

🕐 Return & Replacement Window

Issues must be reported within 30 days of delivery.
If a replacement or refund is approved, we’ll take care of everything for you right away.

🚚 Return Shipping

• If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we cover all replacement and shipping costs.

• For all other returns, customers are responsible for shipping.

• Please contact us before sending any items back, as unauthorized returns cannot be accepted.
